The Autism Society of Central Virginia is committed to provide local businesses and organizations with high-quality, comprehensive training about Autism.
It is essential for people who work with individuals with autism—whether in schools, workplaces, healthcare, recreation, or community programs—to have a solid understanding of autism. By learning about the unique strengths, communication styles, sensory needs, and challenges that individuals with autism may experience, community members can create more welcoming and supportive environments. Increased understanding fosters inclusion, reduces misunderstandings, and helps ensure that individuals with autism are treated with respect and dignity.
