Care Connection for Children is part of the Virginia Department of Health statewide network of excellence serving children and youth with special healthcare needs. Our caring team partners with families to coordinate care and to connect with the medical and community services specific to each child’s unique needs. Our services are always FREE and provided regardless of income or insurance.
