ACCESSIBILITY
We offer a wide variety of programs for autistic individuals of all ages and abilities. We recognize that everyone’s experience is unique, and we intentionally and creatively structure our programs to embrace the diverse needs and strengths of all individuals/participants. Each family will complete a participant information form to ensure we are providing the most engaging activities and appropriate support for each participant.
If you have questions or concerns about if a program is right for you or your loved one, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Program Team. For information about scholarships and financial assistance, learn more below.
ELEMENTARY CAMPS
Important Changes to ELEMENTARY Summer Camp Application and Registration Process:
This year we will move to a lottery process for our elementary-age summer camps. All interested families will complete an application prior to enrollment. The lottery will take more coordination up-front on our end which will require some patience from registrants, but we believe this will give more families in our community an opportunity to experience summer camp at ASCV.
- To meet increasing demand and ensure that as many individuals as possible have an opportunity to access a summer camp experience, this year elementary campers will be able to enroll in ONE session of camp each. We will be limiting enrollment to one session per child.
- Each interested family will complete a summer camp APPLICATION. Completing an application does NOT automatically guarantee a spot in summer camp. An application must be completed prior to enrollment.
- Applications will be reviewed as they are received and families will be placed into a camp session on a first-come, first-served basis. Families will be notified if they are selected to register for camp or placed on the waitlist.
- If selected to register for camp, families will receive an email notification with their enrollment offer. Families will have 48 hours after receiving the notification to confirm that they would like to participate and register. Once you confirm your participation, your card on file will be charged the registration fee.
