Through these workshops led by artists from ART 180, participants will use mindful breathing techniques, gentle movement, common household items, and basic art supplies to creatively explore the world around them. Using objects found in and inspired by their world at home, kids will participate in individual and group activities, produce their own tactile journals, and reflect on their creations. This is a wonderful opportunity for kids to connect with others, share their unique voice and ideas, and express their creativity!
